Have you experienced situations where it has been difficult for you to manage with your work mentally? Examples of this could be situations where you have worked over your physical or mental limits because of something that a manager, colleague / colleagues have done, something you’ve done yourself, something related to your work organisation or something outside work etc. Describe in your own words one or more examples of such situations, using as much detail as possible:
  • What kind of work were you doing?
  • What happened?
  • What kind of thoughts, feelings or physical sensations did you notice?
  • How did it impact your life?
  • What would have you wished for in that situation / what would have made the situation better for you?
  • Have you ever been away from work because it was difficult to manage mentally? If yes, what happened?
You can use these questions as support and we encourage you to reflect beyond them as well. If no such situation comes to mind, please share that too. There is no limit on the length for responses.
